Thank you so much for your purchase! Your items will ship out within 3 business days. All orders will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. You will be emailed a tracking number once your item ships to keep you up to date with the most recent + accurate tracking info. Returns
We hope you love your purchase! If it isn't the perfect fit, we're happy to offer store credit on eligible returns.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the carrier's recorded delivery date.
- Approved returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving the return shipping label.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, stains, and makeup, with original tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance items
- Nippies
- Swimwear
- Hanky Panky undergarments
- Gift cards
- Any item discounted 30% or more
Items that do not meet our return requirements may be denied and returned at the customer's expense.
Return Process
- To start a return, click here.
- Through our return portal, customers may either:
- Use our discounted UPS return label for an $8 fee (deducted from store credit), or
- Purchase their own return label and ship the return using the carrier of their choice.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers may return eligible online purchases in person, free of charge, at our downtown Fairhope storefront
Orders picked up in-store may be returned in-store or by contacting us for return instructions.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be emailed to the email address on file within 48 hours. We do not offer refunds.
Damaged Items
Please report damaged or defective merchandise within 3 days of delivery by emailing christina@shopchristinalynns.com with photos of the damage.
Please note that color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings are not considered defects and are subject to our standard return policy.
Christina Lynn's reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above policy.
